Hey! I’m Tom Edwards – the Business Development Manager at Resumai.
I have spent the last twelve years helping businesses turn big ideas into real results. From leading talent strategy to driving growth, I love bringing energy, creativity, and a strong network to the table. I have worked with startups, scale-ups, and established players, but my passion has always been the same - building great teams, connecting the dots, and turning ambitious plans into something tangible. I get a real kick out of collaboration, problem-solving, and seeing those “lightbulb” moments that make all the effort worthwhile.
I have joined Resumai Solutions as Business Development Manager, where I am spearheading our newly-formed business development function. My focus is on growing teams across Europe in financial services & banking, automotive & mobility, and technology, sectors full of innovation, pace, and opportunity. I am genuinely excited to help clients scale, evolve, and find the talent that will power their next chapter.
Away from work, you will probably find me watching football, chasing a golf ball into the rough, or lining up a few shots on the snooker table! I am also a big fan of stand-up comedy! A good sense of humour goes a long way in business and in life...
