I’m Ross Thompson, the Founder and Director of Resumai Solutions.
A Recruitment leader with over 15 years’ experience designing and delivering talent solutions for enterprises across the UK and Europe. From custodian banks and stock exchanges to household-name brands and public sector entities, I partner with clients to solve complex hiring challenges, navigating local compliance, market nuances, and multi-location operational complexity.
At Resumai Solutions I take a delivery-first approach, focusing on creating flexible, insight-led recruitment strategies that align with broader business goals. Whether building large-scale programmes, streamlining processes, or enabling growth across borders, I thrive on turning hiring plans into tangible results. My role is to lead a world class, customer facing delivery-focused team that acts as a trusted extension of client organisations, supporting businesses across AI, financial services, automotive, and the public sector. We focus on creating recruitment solutions that are efficient, flexible, and tailored to each client’s needs and objectives.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing cue sports, tennis and football; following my football club West Ham, travel, and spending time with my Labrador, Ludo.
