With over eight years of experience in recruitment, account management, and operations, I’m passionate about creating structure and efficiency so our team can focus on what really matters - connecting the right people with the right roles and clients.
At Resumai, I streamline processes, enhance workflows, and ensure our consultants have the tools and support they need to deliver exceptional results. My background in recruitment gives me a strong understanding of client and candidate needs, helping to shape strategies that are efficient, people-focused, and aligned with our long-term goals as we grow this exciting new venture.
Before moving into operations, I managed end-to-end recruitment projects across finance, banking, IT, and automotive sectors - experience that continues to shape how I build strong systems and support high-performing teams.
Outside of work, I enjoy gaming and creative projects, exploring new places, and spending time outdoors with my dog, Buddy. I’m also passionate about beauty and wellness, and love finding ways to bring creativity and balance into my everyday life.
