Hi! I’m Hannah Bailey, a Senior Account Manager here at Resumai, where I have the pleasure of working closely with our key clients.
With more than four years of experience in recruitment and account management, I’ve partnered with businesses across industries such as Automotive, Mobility/Leasing, Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, and IT. My background also includes supporting organizations of all sizes, from innovative startups and growing SMEs to well-known multinational brands. Studying Modern Languages also gave me a strong sense of cultural awareness and the confidence to work comfortably in international contexts.
I take great pride in building lasting relationships and adapting my approach to meet the needs of both clients and candidates. For me, it’s important to ensure transparency, smooth processes, find the right solutions and tailor approaches for everyone. I find real fulfilment in supporting candidates as they navigate the complexities of job searches, while also helping clients fill demanding roles and address their key hiring needs.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and I have a passion for creativity - whether it’s painting, designing digital art, or unwinding with a cozy game.
