We’re looking for an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist to join their growing technology operations team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves tech, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build a long-term career in the IT and fintech industry.

What You’ll Do
- Provide first-line technical support to internal teams and customers (via chat, email, and phone).
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Help onboard new users and maintain account access across multiple platforms.
- Learn to work with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk).
- Collaborate with IT engineers to escalate and resolve system incidents.
- Get hands-on experience with cloud tools, fintech applications, and security systems.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–3 years of IT or tech support experience (graduates welcome!).
- Interest in technology, troubleshooting, or fintech.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of Windows/Mac systems or cloud tools.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
