What you’ll do:

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify top talent through job boards, social media, and networking
• Screening & Matching: Interview candidates, assess skills and fit, and match them with the right opportunities
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and provide tailored solutions
• Offer Negotiation & Support: Facilitate employment offers and guide candidates through the recruitment process
• Business Development: Help grow Resumai’s client base by identifying new opportunities
• Administration: Manage job postings, contracts, candidate records, and feedback efficiently
